Note really sure why or what this means, but when my modem (Fritzbox from 2 degrees) loses power it seems to take a long time to restablish the IPv4 connection, though IPv6 comes back up very quickly.   End result is that I can't access a lot of things.  Anybody have any ideas before I call the helpdesk?  I'm still waiting today:
