I'm switching from Electric Kiwi to 2degrees. I just got texts and emails saying the switch has occurred. But, my EK Orbi modem is still plugged in and we still have Internet, the new 2d modem is with the courier to be delivered today sometime. What am I missing here, I would have thought that I would not have Internet until I plugged in the new modem.

TIA guys.

Without knowing the details I'm only guessing, but if it's doing DHCP with port authentication then it's quite possible it will Just Work(TM) with the old modem as well.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

Correct me if I am wrong, Electric Kiwi and New 2 Degrees connections are both on the Vocus network, so this is just a billing change?

A little out of my wheelhouse, but a diagnostic check on your connections all shows perfectly normal.
Looks exactly as I would expect.

I haven't heard that one before... shall remember it for future use.
