I have 4 websites on Orcon's servers.

Three weeks ago I realised that I could not update one of these websites.
I now have spent hours on the phone, and have also lodged tickets and complaints.

3 weeks later I can still not update my website, which represent a serious loss of business for us.
They just don't care.

I am seriously thinking of moving our websites somewhere else.
