For me the plan runs out at the end of my billing period in a couple of weeks, maybe that is what is happening in your case?

A quick restart of the modem should remove the rate limits from your connection. If you have started a new billing cycle of the Night Owl plan (which shouldn't have happened!) please PM me your Snap username, or call our helpdesk on 0800-500-638.

Cheers.
