I just tried to purchase a sim card from the online store.
I added a $20 pack, clicked purchase, checkout or something.
And then I got a form that was already pre-filled with some bloke's name and address details from Whitianga.


This is really bad.
Have a screen shot.


Anyone else had this happening?

I've got the same thing happening when I use the checkout.
