Yes rang call centre but waited for a long time so posted here in the hope of hearing from 2 degrees first via the forum.

My frustratation is wanting to support 2 degrees but to be frank, they seem to be hopeless.

Call centre still working out how to log my particular problem...on hold...

Does the issue continue with same SIM in another handset?

I havn't swapped the SIM over as the txt's have stopped now, 14 total, all the same.  Can anyone explain how txt transmission works?  Does the phone send confirmation that the whole txt has been received?  Is there a bug with the txt transmission software?

Phone is T68i, $5 starter SIM card, no calls made yet, cell site Hobsonville, Waitakere.

It's endless when you have a client sitting with you and your phone tells you you have a new text every 20-30sec, all the same and advertising.

John you obviously think this is fine.

Andy, no-one is suggesting it's fine. Just that we need a little info in order to be of any help. That goes for any network - us, Vodafone or Telecom.

Now, if you'd care to PM me your number I will see if I can see what happened.

A great follow up from SaltyNZ, teething issues with the systems. Thanks guys, this forum wins over customer services again.

Cheers
Andy
