I setup my phone/pin and voice mail and that side all works great. I can even get my balance through my phone now which wasn't working before.

So went to login to your 2degress now that it's finally working but it wont accept the password I had setup before all the problems started with the website. So I think no biggie will use the forgot password link and when I try that option I get "number doesnt exist".

It has been like head butting a brick wall since I got my SIM card to get things working.

Slowly loosing faith in the whole 2 degrees, not to mention the only place near me that appears to sell top-up cards is Countdown in Milford and even then they give you a blank look when you ask about it so have yet to achieve my goal of purchasing one.

Add to that I can't even go to the ATM and top-up my phone through my bank account and no I dont have a credit card or a debit card and dont plan on getting one either. I would also like to get my number 022 1XX.... but going by reports that range isnt available yet plus I cant even sign in.

So it's back to my trusty Vodafone prepaid I guess.. I dont even remember Bellsouth or Telecom having issues when they first started even when Vodafone took over Bellsouth my phone worked.

To help with your password woes can you please give our team a call on 0800 022 022 so they can get that sorted for you.
Top-ups are also available at your local petrol station... Mobil, Shell, BP or the good old corner dairy.
Other number ranges are being opened up soon, we'll let you know when.

Cheers!
2degrees

I tried, but I'm going to keep my Vodafone prepaid for now. Might try again once everything is sorted out i.e. top up via ATM / Txt link etc.... help desk...
