That pic doesn't even look real... lol... I don't think that site is live so can't say for sure, but I reckon it probably is a 2 Degrees site cos I have seen one exactly the same in the same place but on the corner of Balmoral and Dominion. (so only like 2 ks down the road)
The one I've seen is definately a 2 Degrees site.

They're quite stealth and un-eyesorish really! I like

Spectrum search says 2degrees cell sites at 46 Balmoral road and one opposite 189 Balmoral Road.
So it will be the 2degrees site at number 46.

Thats weird because 2DM themselves don't seem to have a record of that.... Although there is one marked at being on the corner of Irene Ave which is about 100 meters from 46 Balmoral Road, but one block down from Balmoral Road.... (I think someone must have made a mistake when they loaded the co-ordinates for that site in..)

Do those Panels do both 2G and 3G? or will they need to do a massive install before getting their 3g online?

The standard build for a 2deg site is using multiband antennas, triplexed for 900MHz and 1800MHz GSM, 2100MHz WCDMA.

All the builds I have been involved with have had the 900MHz GSM and WCDMA already equiped in the cabinets, so no major build work involved with turning on 3G.
