Yup, it's up and running for Slingshot users, Steam games come download at wicked speeds.

Oh hell yes! This is great news.

Now all Valve need to do is enable a scheduler in the Steam client so I can do away with my batch file to start it at 2am.

That probably explains why downloading from steam takes the whole connection now, used to coexist with torrents and ftp quite well.

Is there a throttle in it anywhere? It hurts to even look at its horrid UI...
