Hey there,

Was hoping someone could help shed some light on this for me.

We ordered the 25gb Slingshot Naked plan about 5 weeks ago, finally after 4weeks and 2 days we have connection.

Yay, connection, internet, after not having it for over a month, fantastic! however...

First, our 25gb plan only has a total of 6gb available in the my account section?
Second, Naked DSL is completely and utterly removed from the slingshot site without a trace?

Not sure whats going on but will definitely need to ring and see whats up once i get near that 6gb mark!

At least Slingshots customer service is generally acceptable!

Any info appreciated,
Thanks,

Frazzled and Frustrated.

The 6GB may be a partial month as they could be rolling over your billing cycle part way through?

Naked ADSL is still there, but they've rearranged it now, it's an option after you give your address.

Did you pay the full price for the month, then you should get the full data allowance.

They also call the naked DSL "Just broardband"

I think it's cheap of then to not give you the full 25GB, it would be a nice hello & welcome gift.
