Just curious - if I ever lose my phone and sim card, can I resurrect my number on a new phone, and if so, what information do I need to know?

im not sure about 2 degrees but with telecom you would need your sim number, or be able to prove in some other manner that it is actualy your number

It would just be a matter of giving us a call. We can then either organise to send you a blank SIM which we can then move your account onto, or pop into one of the 2degrees stores where we can organise a blank SIM and an account swap right there and then.

Not to much we could do about the phone though sorry :)
