is this list uptodate? i will be there for 1 whole month enjoying the sun Smile

if it is not possible to roam there, what can i do to let people contact me on my 2degrees number?

personally if i was lucky enough to be in the Seychelles i wouldn't be worrying how to contact me lol

Yes, pretty up to date - it's updated pretty quickly after a new country comes on line.

Best thing would be to divert it, before you leave, to a number in the Seychelles, such as the hotel's reception number or something like that.

But yeah... if I was spending a month in the Seychelles, lack of ability to receive calls on my mobile wouldn't be a high priority. :-)

lol, i still need people to be able to contact me. so how can i divert the calls? can i divert it to a mobile number?

one problem is on the way back i will be stopping in uae. from that list i can roam in dubai. can i get the call redirected back to my phone then? thanks

Have you considered diverting to a voip number, like 2talk free? Assuming have have internet acces, and am happy to call people back when they leave you a message.

VF has this on their roaming list, how about diverting your 2D number to a vodafone one and take that over? (assuming you still want to pay roaming charges for inbound calls)

update: in seychelles i bought cable & wireless sim card for seychelles rupee (SCR) 25 (~nz$ 2.75) comes with 15MB of data, then i bought 2GB data pack for SCR  575 (~nz$ 63). im off to beau vallon guys Tongue out
