Our thoughts are with the people affected in Japan and their loved ones trying to contacting them.  We hope that this will help them to keep in touch during this difficult time.

Where is the info on this free calling? Can't seem to locate it on your website. Thanks.

I posted the press release in the discussion on Japan Earthquake, in the off topic forum.

No, while roaming you can only pay for calls with cash. However, if you were roaming in Japan around the last week or so you may have received a $50 credit in lieu.

I was Vodafone and those guys ripped me off bigtime with their useless help service they chrage for. In the business I was in I used SIms for all my clients alarms and Vodafone caused so many issues I will never ever use them again personally or the 2 other buisnesses I am involved with.

2 degrees are worth supporting. I'm glad VF is losing is much business.

Sorry can you explain what this has to do with calling to Japan and Vodafone does not charge for calling customer service?

Also explain what the actual is please

You also claim Vodafone is losing business!! This is odd cause Vodafone has grown market share over the Christmas quarter when results were last released.
