Joined 2 Degrees today.

Im trying to add the $19 combo pack but I keep getting an "error" text message saying;

"Sorry we can't understand your txt. Packs are '10txt', 'Every100'...etc"

Problem is that the $19 combo isnt on that list.

Ive tried from the 2Degrees website as well as the SMS short code.

Has anyone actually added this pack successfully?

text buy 19combo to 233

or

logon to Your 2degrees

then click on Value packs

then you should see the $19 combo pack in the list, click add to add the pack

other than that, make sure you have more than $20 in your prepay account

Tried that, same error.

Rang the 0800 number and they said there is a problem with the system at the moment. They wil sort it out for me when the system comes back up.
