Hi guys

The street number field in the "Your details" section of "Your 2degrees" doesn't accept any combination of flat number/street number.

I've tried using spaces, double spaces etc. as separators ("-"  and "/" symbols aren't accepted), but nothing I've tried works.

Is there any way to input my flat number? Thanks!

The address finder is a bit more friendly and comprehensive for the prepay to post switch (it needs to be) and allows input and searches on flat / apartment /building/ floor etc. The main yourdetails address section you are updating unfortunately isn't as friendly, perhaps putting in streetnumber and cramming in "flat 7b" in the next field?

PM your number, name, full address, DOB I'll update it from our side tomorrow, or call 200 and they should be able to do that today for you.

Your 2degrees will only accept numerics.
