As per the title, our internet VOIP is up and the modem interface indicates all settings are ok.  Ringing out works but anyone ringing in gets a recorded message saying Your call cannot be connected at this time, please try again later.

Any ideas?

Just tried the helpdesk and there's a message saying that an upgrade has been performed overnight and to reboot the router.....

Wish me luck! I may or may not be back later on.

I thought I had the wrong helpdesk number actually. So used to hearing that my call couldn't be connected due to The Demand.

Was starting to think that The Demand was a new band, or evil phone disconnection monster.
