Hey guys,

Phoned up Snap via the Helpdesk last month, 27/10/2011 ... 16 days ago, went through the process of singing up to be a new customer..

They charged me $150.00 on the spot to my Visa, but nothing has happened thus far, and I've called to follow up already, and they advised that it was with Telecom, but this was last week... It's now Friday..

I've had no communication at all, no emails, I'm not sure whats going on.. but they've charged me...

Any ideas guys, how long does it take ( Telecom to SNAP ) DSL and Phone ,

Cheers
Scott

When i signed up everything happened within a week. Snap did what they could and it was chorus who held things up.

I would talk to snap but once they have done there part and sent the request through to chorus i don't think there is to much they can do.

There is plenty they can do - give them a call and ask to speak to a supervisor - there may be a reason its not going through - a supervisor will be able to find out.

Wow, that's a long time. I signed up online on a Saturday, by Monday night my internet worked, they called me on Tuesday to let me know that phone & tolls were now with them. Very smooth transition here.

Definitely call them.

VDSL2 installed last night as stated,

well done Snap :)

10mb up, 45mb down,

Speedtests show average 37-42 mb down and 9mb up to most of NZ ,

Loving the upload speed the most, uploading photos to facebook/google+ is just a walk in the park
