Well, I found a way to have a frustrating Monday morning - call Orcon about a menial enquiry that isn't anywhere on their FAQs!
Experience in last 24 hrs:
1. 30 mins on Sunday morning (9am a peak time?) to get Residential sales; no help.
2. 40+ mins so far to get business.....and then.......THE CALL DROPS!!! DROPS!!!
Orcon....new call centre and all...well....good for you. For now, I wonder about ending our relationship.
Orcon...are you calling Xtra, Slingshot, well, anyone else, to see how long it takes to get through to their helpdesk.
By your sense of time, I should live to be 3,000 years old.
