Has anyone else had this problem?
Tonight around 5pm the receiver announced new services were available, now the channel listings are all mixed up, some doubled up, and most dont work (list shows video and audio PID as 0000). Friend down the road with the same receiver has exactly the same problem at the same time. Tried re-tuning, tried turning off, tried factory reset and retune, still picks up the same bizarre channel list.
Has the broadcaster put a non functioning update over the air or what? Others with different recievers dont seem to have any issues at all

Thanks
Clive

Ok edit:
Freeview have finally updated the network status.
Outage Notifications:

There may be an issue on the Freeview Satellite platform. This is currently being looked into so resolution can be provided ASAP. Updates to follow

Guess have to sit back and watch the couple of channels that work :)

At 5pm I received a channel 'update' which in turn gave me only TVNZ channels. I have since done a system restart and started from scratch. Still the same problem.

Called freeview and they told me to call the manufacturer of course. What BS.

Any idea what update they did people? I would like all my channels back without having to buy a new set top box.

Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

Luckier than me if you can get them all.. I can get TV2 (on 4) maori (on 3) and ONEplus1 (on 8). EPG is correct when on a channel that works, all other channels are blank. The on screen info relates to the channel thats meant to be in that possistion however. Buggered if I know what they've done haha. Disgruntled employee pushed a button when he went home from work? :P

Hi,

I have had a quick look and it looks like there is an issue with some data needed to load the channels. On the DTVS-DSR1 and DTVS-DSR2, you can try loading the channels manually by forcing the load using the VPID and APID, Go to "Channel Manager" and then "New Channel". Try VPID=0512 and APID=0650 for TV3. See if it works. I don't have one of these at home to check.

Just went to test this..thought i would try a rescan again, and everything seems to be back online again
Then decided it was going to 'upgrade channel information' and all is working

Hi Guys

The problem is only the Kordia transponder which carries TV3 and Prime channels, this has affected all satellite viewers,

The problem is currently being fixed, this could be Kordia adding in Choice TV but in order for choice to be on the platform all channels need to be suspended.
