Hi
I have a Starview S1080 receiver and am trying to get the new Prime channel. 
I've still got the Prime channel with the info on the new service scrolling on the bottom of the screen (on Optus D1; PR1928 on 12456?) but cannot get the new Prime channel after multiple scanning attempts.
Anyone else with this receiver managed to get Prime?

You need to scan the Sky channel for Prime (unencrypted) on 12707 H.

Thanks, just tried something different and deleted Optus D1 service and then rescanned for D1 again.  This time it picked up the new Prime service - thanks for your help.
