Hi all,

We understand that some viewers are having issues with playing Freeview OnDemand content on selected Samsung Smart TV's (Series 6 has been the most common)
I'm just posting here to let you know we are investigating the issue currently and we will update once the teams address the fix.

Thanks and take care!

For the last few days our Samsung UA55KU7500SX has been mostly failing to play any Freeview OnDemand shows. Programs can be chosen but as soon as any attempt to play an episode is made, it gets stuck indefinitely in the channel logo. It’s possible to go back to the menus etc. Just no actual content will play.

I tried removing power from the TV for 30 seconds but response is identical.

I can't even reliably figure out how to get the OnDemand OSD appearing when I start live TV on my JU7500.
