Well I have installed Windows7 RC1 and it is ..very sweet and impressive BUT I cannot seem to find a way of tuning the WMC7 to Optus D2.

My wife wants to watch 3ABN - its on Optus D2 ..so ..not a freeview satellite issue here.

I am using an HVR3000 with the latest drivers. Using dual boot (Vista) I can confirm using Mediaportal that the card is able to tune to this satellite and brings down a lovely pictue so not a physical satellite setup issue .But when I look for it in WMC7 the nearest satellite offered is still Optus B3 which I understand is a dead bird. Anyway I have to select _a satellite_ so I have chosen that one. Then I scan the specific satellite transponder settings http://www.lyngsat.com/optusd2.html
and it does get a good signal and pulls down 13 channnels...but none of them will play when I select watch live TV  on WMC7 - it just says "no signal".....now I am assuming thats because it really is looking at the old Optus B3 settings... any way of getting Microsoft to update their satellite selection in Windows 7 ( or inserting this particular satellite through a registry entry?)
