Hi Everyone. My freeview (STRONG) DVB-T's EPG has not been updated to daylight savings time. I've updated the time on my box, but the guide is still running with the old time. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Last I checked, strong was not selling any freeview boxes, just generic satellite receivers. I also dont think that the EIT that your box uses is officially supported so it will be a case of wait and see what happens.

How did you update your time? Some boxes have an option for GMT +13hours which in some cases works where Summer/Winter/Daylight savings options don't have an effect.

I changed it to local time (user set) time. It had a option that pulled the time off somewhere else (the signal I think). The EPG still shows each TV show being at the wrong time, a hour behind.

Hi patatrat,

What model Strong receiver have you got?  and what version software does it have?

The earlier software versions in some models didn't have the facility to turn daylight saving off and on, so you may need an upgrade.

Cheers Wild Bill.

Cheers Bill. Will try and arrange a software update and see if that sorts it.
