I have a DSE G7503 Freeview HD Reciever. At present it turns on as the Ethernet Port Lights up and as does the Stand-by light, however no picture including the OSD is being output across all outputs (RCA,RF). The blue screen on the tv remains when it is on. Is there a way to possibly fix this. There is a reset feature but it is only accessible via the OSD which at present I cannot see. Please Help!

Have you tried disconnecting it from the mains power for a minute or so?
Can you work through the reset procedure "blind"?

Yeah it has been sitting a while and has made no difference. I'll try to go through the procedure blind.
Thanks.

Can some one tell me step by step how to reset via the osd. I don't know in what order things are on the menu.

Here's a link to the user manual. See if it's in there.

Take it back and ask for a replacement under warrantee or if the warrantee period has expired then under the Consumer Guarantee Act. Mine was 1 year out of warrantee when it failed and they replaced it with a Zinwell. It seems there are a lot of this model failing at about 2 years old.
