Hi - I've had Freeview for months but this is the first time we've had this problem. Prime (only the other channels are fine) - has been extremely pixelated since at least 8:30 - its un watchable - has anyone else got the issue - we are in northern suburbs Wellington

Satellite or terrestrial?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Seems like no one else has this problem... maybe it is a reception problem.

If Prime is bad, so should Maori TV, Trackside, and all the other channels on the Kordia mux.

Are you sure these other channels are OK?

don't mess with me.... i'm the hd insider....

Oddly the others were OK - Maori -particularly I expected to be a problem. In the end I fiddled with the cable (I have box to turn down/up the strength of single) - and now its OK - obviously either something got knocked when cleaning or the signal changed slightly
