so i was looking for other apps like VideoReDo TVSuite V4 h.264 as this app at every cut point would after a few seconds would pixalate for a split second

i asked videoredo why this was and they said something about the app not being able to handle the first nill frame in the cut point

so i looked around everywhere and study up and found this Smart Cutter for DV and DVB v1.3.6

here is a free trial copy of the app please tell me what you think of the app

Well if it could edit our Freeview transmissions that contain AAC-HE LATM audio and keep the audio and video in sync that would be great. Then I could re-encode to a smaller and more efficient format.

So far the only tool that I have found that encodes the files without lose audio/video sync is Handbrake and while that is fine, it I try to edit ads out first with say TS Packed Editor, the audio and video can go horribly out of sync, especially when the captured files contain packet errors caused by tranmission losses.
