I can't think of any good case for buying that model. It doesn't have HDMI and it won't upscale DVDs and it costs nearly as much as a Blu-ray/DVD player and a satellite receiver combined which both have HDMI.
If you are outside the Freeview|HD broadcast area it would be better to buy a proper satellite PVR like the Vu Duo but that would cost alot more money.
