Hi Geekzone,

I’m looking for an ISP that can provide a business hyperfibre connection with an IP address block, posting here in IT forum because it’s for an IT company.

Can you recommend one, or are you an ISP that can do this?

So far I have asked Spark (no hyperfibre yet) and 2 Degrees (can provide one or the other but not both together)

Thanks.

I don't have personal experience with Hyperfibre for business, but my go-to would be Voyager.  Local company.  Awesome service.  They supply a /29 subnet to us on standard UFB.

Forgot to mention I saw Vetta mentioned here as the business arm of Quic?. They didn’t respond to my query.

Have sent PM to danfaulknor.

What do you need from an Internet connection?

There are over a 100 suppliers with Chorus RSP status. If you are located in an area served by Tuatahi, Enable or Northpower there are fewer options.

Dan @danfaulknor who has commented above is a good option.

But ultimately an internet connection by itself is not a profitable sale and if your usage is high (over 1tb a month) could actually be a loosing proposition for the supplier.

Do you have other services to bundle like VoIP and web hosting?

That seems very unusual, they're normally very responsive.. paging @saf

Apologies @redherring - wondering if your email has got caught somewhere as that's not the service we strive for. Feel free to PM me if desired. :-)

Moved over the weekend into our new office and connected to our Prodigi 4000/4000 hyperfibre with /28 subnet.

Excellent work from Danfaulknor, he set it up so it “just works”.

We have a few different routers hosting disconnected things that each had their own internet connection in the old office, now they are all connected to a switch with 10GB uplink to the ONT, the gateway is at Prodigi and all I need to do is plug in, assign an IP address and it’s up and running.

You won't regret this choice.

I work in this industry and know of Dan, and they are a competent player.
