Ok, for now I've giiven up on trying to stem our International traffic problem (see my previous threads)  and just want to move the site to a server which won't cost too much.

Criteria:
NZ host preferred, US strongly not preferred by some of the client's committee.
Suitable platform for Drupal + CiviCRM - we have been using CentOS/Plesk - a Virtual Hosting control panel might be unnecessary if we are only running one domain, but I've never run a server without one.
Cheap traffic (currently about 80GB/month if we ditch Cloudflare)

Extra nice if they'll do cheaper rates to a NZ registered charity

suggestions?

I haven't heard of them before but you could try - https://kgovps.com/xen-nz

Found then with some Google searching, looks like from their test IP they resell from Hosting Direct.

Pricing isn't too bad for a NZ VPS if that's what your looking for but the bandwidth is alright.
