Has anyone else had issues registering a domain name that they have the preferential registration for with crazydomains?

I paid for (or so I thought) two years registration on a .nz domain name.  I have checked with anyname.nz and I am the only one who holds an eligible domain (which is registered with crazydomains) - hence the PRR.

I've been told I have to wait until April 2015 for the name to become eligible for me to be able to register it!  Grrr!

I see other people who are with different registrars already have their .nz names active (geekzone being one of them).
