We have more than 30 domains (mixture of .co.nz .com.au and .com) which are currently registrar'd with Freeparking (who we have supported for ever until now), but we are ready to vote with our feet as the quality of service and support decreases and administrative errors are increasing.  We also get unsolicited phone calls from them which I reckon is bad form from a security perspective, and the calls continue even though we have asked them to desist.

Any suggestions? 1stDomains? Metaname?

Something you can do with Metaname though is just set up managed accounts (so set up a login for them, and set "Managed By" as your main account ID):

This will then allow you to just manage other accounts from your main account. You may also need to email Metaname to get this option enabled if it doesn't exist for you.

Not fully ideal, but is handy instead of having to login to multiple accounts and that way keeps the billing relationship with the client.
