Ok well i have posted here another time asking about job tracking software. nothing i have found seems to do the job i'm after.
I would like some thing that works with Xero but cant find any thing.

I'm now looking at http://www.pcrepairtracker.com

What do you think? It will not interface with Xero :( but its a start

What do you use? any thing better out there?

We fix PC's and Iphones and do network support.

Although we're focused on the legal market, we internally use it to track bugs, feature requests, development cycle, etc. And there are quite a few other companies not in the legal space using for different industries.

We use ShopManager ourselves here.

We looked at PCRT but the interface justed seemed to busy for our liking.

ShopManager is going to be releasing a new version, ETA Q3 2012, that will work with Xero.

Try http://jmsystems.co.nz/ not sure if it suits your needs. Have a chat with them?

I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.
