Hey guys,
I've been trying to order 2x 19" 1m deep racks and refurbished 2kVa APC UPS from a company called Public Technology but they won't answer my emails or get the order organized! Anyway while they are relatively good natured they always make me feel like they are doing me a huge favour and putting in extra work etc. for free when I want to buy from them and I'm kind of sick of the attitude and lack of service here.

Anyway I am looking for somewhere else to pickup 2 racks in good condition with sides and doors and 2 UPSs of at least 2kVA. I do have to say the prices they quoted were pretty amazing for the racks at least:

Brand new IBM NetBay 42 Enterprise 42U = $840

APC SUA2200RMXL3U , 2U with new batteries = $680

Anyway can anyone recommend where else to go? Need one set shipped to Penrose (Auckland) the other to Wellington.

+1 for MikiPro. Pretty good to deal with. Had a faulty server once and he replaced with another, no questions asked.
