Anyone having problems with diary (calendar) synching with the Office 365 cloud? My customer claimed this was not working and he only noticed because iPhone appointments were not appearing in Outlook and vice versa.

However, when we logged on to portal.microsoftonline.com and tested from there everything worked fine and suddenly the iPhone to Outlook is syncing fine too. How odd. Two (out of 2 total) users affected in the same business.

Office 365 support is pretty good and usually come back quickly. Contact their support for troubleshooting.

I found this suggestion .. any comments on it? Not sure if Outlook version 7 has a similar repair option? Would be strange that this might be needed with no advance warning ..

"I think Microsoft have started upgrading people to the new wave of products for office 365, I wonder if the Exchange server address may have changed. I have had to use the following instructions to get the Outlook program up and running again:

1.Click on the File tab;
2.click the down arrow next to Account Settings;
3.click Account Settings;
4.In the Account Settings dialog box, click the E-mail tab;
5.In the Email tab select your account;
6.click Repair above the accounts list. Follow any prompts from the repair wizard; then
7.When the repair is complete, restart Outlook 2010.

The account may need recreating on the iPhone as well. "
