I need to reload a HP ProLiant ML110 G5 but the user has lost the disks, I have contacted HP but it would seem you can order the DVD/recovery media but it includes a COA.
The ProLiant was running Windows SBS Standard 2008 1-4CPU 5-CAL but now I thinking the quickest way to reload the server is to update to a new version of server software.
Will I be able to add the current workstations that were connected to SBS 2008 to SBS 2011?
If I could figure out how to disable WSUS on the workstations I probably would install Windows 7 as I only need the HP ProLiant ML110 G5 as a file server.

Do you have technet - you can download and install with your coa - use group policy to disable WSUS - removing from the domain should put it back to direct otherwise it's just a registry change.
