The Cloudflare main page is telling me their main site is down and is serving me a cached page. Is it down or is it just me?

Down for everyone or just me isn't applicable because of their caching.

Ahh....cloudflare.
Yep VERY VERY intermittent . I , & many others, have been having major issues with outages for the last 2 weeks on a website I often go to (now almost unusable due to all the intermittent outages)

Its up, its down, its up, its down, its up, its down ,its up, its down, its up, its down.

:-)

It's very reliable in my experience. We use Cloudflare in front of Geekzone and is always up.

You may have some strange behaviour when using Vodafone cable as their peering agreements make packets take strange routes. For example a packet to Geekzone goes from AKL to Sydney but instead of peering there it continues all the way to the Singapore POP.

I am told Cloudflare will open a POP in New Zealand by the end of this month. Let's see if it happens.

I'm on Snap! UFB. I could've been through a VPN at the time though, to the US.
