So what's everyone using right now? What do you like and what don't you like?

I'm starting out with a new company and need a crm.. I'm looking at the SAAS model... I have used sugar before... but did not like it.. would seem to be good if it was customized...

It depends what you're wanting to do with your CRM (sales focused or service focused) and what kind of business you're in (B2B, B2C).

What specifically are you looking for?

Dynamics CRM is excellent, easy to customise. Don't know how price compares

I use http://nutshell.com and have found it works well and is reasonably priced. Would recommend it.

I am very experienced with SalesForce but it's a bit overkill for small business.

Lately we have been using www.pipedrive.com a lot. It's great

There's lots of SaaS CRM providers, all doing slightly different things.

Depends on what you are going to use it for, and what other systems (if any) it needs to integrate with. What sort of sales? Do you need to manage inventory, fulfillment/processing, shipping etc.? Billing and debtor management? Or just clients, opportunities and sales?

It does also depend on what your SAAS ecommerce systems are compatible with. They will normally have a page listing the CRMs they can support.

Ick, I really dislike web based CRM's!

Hmm Bitrix has self-hosted, that's at least some compromise.
