A little advice or direction if you would!

I have 4 specific email addresses that receive, overall about 600-900 emails a week.

They are related to online sales.

I have for ever and a day used outlook to process them for better and worse

I want to have the ability to set auto responders to reply to specific emails with specific subject a "Not available" message after 5pm and before 10am

and a similar one for the weekend. 

I would need the ability to override on Public holidays and out of office at odd times.

I know one can achieve this result from within outlook but I find it totally unsuitable as crazy difficult to try and setup .

So the overall question: Do i stick to outlook? Is there a outlook addon etc that works well? other options ? No code work!
