We just got a few Surface Hub 2S devices, one for each of our office locations.  Anyone else using these?  Keen to share any tips/tricks here if you know of anything helpful.

2S is the wheely ones on an angle right?

the best trick i seem to find is to realize they are collaboration tools, not Video Conference machines.

If you want to use it as one, really helps to get an external mic, there are a few units we use that polycom make, that has a massive improvement.

If possible avoid using them with Macs, Windows 10 and one goes oh so well!

Oh lastly, don't forget to press the "share screen button" often people forget when they cast to it, that you still gotta press it.

I love our surface hubs, wish we had more so i could have one handy to play with.

they also make some MASSIVE ones....

We have a few of the 84” Surface hubs across our sites. We use it mainly for mass attendance conference calls between sites for monthly meetings. The mics and cameras are really good and capture input from someone standing furthest away in a 8 x 8 room very well. We use it mainly with a Skype for business, Wireless display with Windows 10 devices to project onto screen and SharePoint. We had Microsoft in to provide best setup guidance for our use case so your usage could be different. If you are unsure, talk to your Microsoft account manager and they can connect you with an evangelist.

Do whatever you want to do man.
