I'm after getting Certify The Web to do DNS validation using the Metaname API but don't really know where to start with using APIs (defos not a developer!). Is anyone using the Metaname API? Or using it with Lets Encrypt / Certify the Web client?

Cheers

I'm using the Metaname API with LetsEncrypt through the certbot helper method. It works fine.

I downloaded the python API code from my account, and it had the authentication keys for my account already setup in it. After messing with the python for a while I managed to get it working from the command line then from certbot. I haven't put the code onto github or anything like that, because it's a bit rough and had got the account keys hardcoded into it.
