Stuck in a bit of a loop between bank and discount domains support.

Trying to renew a few domains that expire in 1-2 days. Tried 3 different bank cards. Two flexi debit and one a visa lite card.

I get a payment declined message.

Bank says no transactions coming from provider. No decline messages etc. No blocks on card. Clear funds. Other online transactions working.

Discount domains says contact your bank!

I note recently discount domains upgraded their website portal.

Anyone struck this? Outage?

Using something like Lastpass to fill this out automatically? This trips a security flag on the page that'll cause a decline.

Enter it manually and it should go through.

@michaelmurfy.

I think it had something to do with their new system and the way they generate invoices.

Paying a invoice online world not work and even tried that over the phone while talking to accounts.

But paying each domain manually one at a time worked! Wasted a few hours on that. Getting hold of banks etc is slow at the moment!
