Hi Team

Has anyone got any drives with DataLab or had some there in the last month?  Normally they are really responsive, but I've left three messages (with humans) and not had a response.

I'm not worried about my client's drive, as they are not in a massive hurry.  I'm more concerned about Cameron and the team.  If you know someone working there, maybe check in?

Cheers
Mike

Things were a bit unusual when we last sent a drive in, also non-urgent. Took 3 calls to speak to them. Unsure what's up.

I just spoke to Cameron, who apologised for the delay and advised they are under pressure.  He also advised he was going to dig into why it took 4 phone calls for me to get a update.

As mentioned above, this is unusual in my experience of using them once or twice a year for the last 6 years.  If you are reading this in 2021 and beyond, I still absolutely recommend them and I'm confident they will be back to front-footing client contact. :)
