This didn't seem to fit any other forum, so posting it here.

 

Emailing Gmail addresses today is resulting in NDRs saying the recipient address doesn't exist. Have tried sending to 4 different Gmail addresses, from 2 different sending mail services and they all bounce back. So obviously a problem at Google, but I can't find anything about it (apparently there was a Google outage yesterday, but that is meant to have been resolved).

I just tried sending an email from my work email to myself as well as my domain email (that is linked to gmail) and they both bounced. Not good.

Same here (south island near Blenheim)  My wife has Gmail and is unable to receive emails.  Last email received was at 7am, but downdetector shows the spike starting at 8:28am today (Wednesday)

I just sent an email from a gmail account to a different gmail account.

 

‘It says sent and showing in sent folder, but 5 minutes later it still hasn’t arrived in the other account.

 

 

 

edit changed drafts to sent folder.

It's related to a google outage affecting authentication servers which ran out of disk space. More space was supposed to be provisioned automatically, but it didn't happen for some reason. Services are recovering. Some centers are up already.

Gmail seems is rejecting emails from my work email (user not found) but is accepting emails from my personal email (fastmail).

Don’t know if it’s related but I’m getting something similar when trying to send emails on xtra.

What an irony given Google are really hammering their messaging about the end of their free unlimited storage of "high quality" photos in Google Photos next year.

 

I've discovered my personal Gmail account has been receiving and bouncing intermittently all morning.
