I think its time we re-engineered our MSP client agreements.  As the majority of the agreement will be similar to that of similar companies, I am interested in banding together with others to achieve a good result without re-inventing the wheel.  In my mind, ideally the chosen law firm would update the agreement every 1-2 years to keep us all current with best-practises.

Questions:

• Can anyone recommend a legal team that has done a good job with theirs?
• Has anyone recently re-engineered theirs professionally and would like to 'share the historical expense'?
• Is anyone else looking at updating their agreements and would be interested in sharing these costs?

Any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
