Hi There!

I want something easy to setup, easy to maintain, standalone (IE No web server required) and preferably inexpensive.

Needs to run on 2008 x64 and be able to be accessed by upto 5 people at a time.

Anyone know anything suitable?

I really like TiddlyWiki. Works very well. All local, Javascript.

When enabled - a backup is created every edit.

Plug-ins enable it as a collaborative platform. The simplest plug-in prevents simultaneous editing, The more sophisticated require php/python.

I have been using dokuwiki for a while and developed some plugins for it, I think it is easy to maintain, and unlike mediawiki's flat page structure, it has hierarchy page structure.
