andrewb: Yep, it's pretty poor indeed - they're very quick to charge your credit card.
Some others said they'd tried contacting the Warehouse and they kept saying it's a third party doing the distribution and they'd have no tracking info until all orders had gone out - well what use is that?
Someone needs to raise this with management. Whether they oversold or whether 2degrees are having issues meeting the demand; the customer should be informed. Someone needs to do some yelling perhaps? :) I know I'd be bl**dy pi**ed off if mine hadn't arrived yet. It has only been a week but I hate it when people over promise and under deliver...AND then don't front up.
