Seakiwi: Why did I ever expect any level of service from the Warehouse!
Rang the 0800 number on Friday, "yes sir your order will be dispatched this afternoon"
Rang on Monday for track and trace (couriers way out west can be fun!) "no tracking number available sir, I will look into it and call you back"
No call back of course!
Rang again this morning, "no tracking number is available, I will get someone to look into it and call you back"
yeah right!
"oh, you appear to be unhappy sir, why don't we just cancel the order"
WTF!

coldfu5ion: The Warehouse has been remarkably useless with my order. I ordered on the 12th, and I'm yet to even get a tracking number.
I have an order number but the 'Your orders' section of their website claims I have to orders. I emailed customer service and was greeted with a 'mailbox full' message. At least the person managing their twitter account is responsive!
It seems like the Warehouse is being dragged kicking and screaming into the world of e-commerce.
