Just got off the phone from NL customer care and they say no stock of 32GB till Mid July now (even for those who pre-ordered).

PlagueHO: Just got off the phone from NL customer care and they say no stock of 32GB till Mid July now (even for those who pre-ordered).

I just received a phone call from NL hamilton. He said there is no update what so ever on the shipment. There is no ETA and the supplier doesn't  have any information as well. So most of us have to wait in the dark for something that should have already been arrived since Mid June. Very disappointing really. For those who preordered like I am for the 32GB version, we are all in the dark age of technology delay.

F.U Samsung for ditching the international S3 production line by jumping onto the US versions instead. A lot of disappointment from every preorderers. This is a result of too much ambitions but not enough preparation.

Must we all wait for this? Must we moving to the silly 16G version? Bahhh headache.

Just saw this online, bodes well for us peeps who are waiting for the 32GB models.

Mobicity.au post on 32GB Marble White model: bit.ly/MMtfw1  (may already been posted)

Saw some people on XDA posting links of sites that have the 32GB in stock also here:bit.ly/KO3tNP

And even on eBay: bit.ly/MMuHP5

If you see on the eBay link above, there are more handsets on sale.

Now I'm starting to get flustered!

I see Harvey Normans had on their site the 32gb white last week but now I see they have removed it from any menus and catalouge but must be closer to launch if they are promoting it to.

Waiting till the end of the month to see what happens, still not keen on a 16gig as reading lots of people have already filled them up.

one issue with storage for S3 is that doing a nandroid backup is around 2gb which is huge. I'm assuming once the dev's get into it then it will be smaller but still a lot.

I rooted last night following NZTF instructions went seemlessly.

Thanks for the update. I rang a Vodafone store in Melbourne this monring, they have both Blue and White in store in 32gb. Can't buy the phone outright, only on contract. So rang a JB HiFi store in Melbourne, they have been told by the Samsung rep about a week before they are in store to sell outright.

I've been tempted to swap my pre-order to a 16gb, but might hold off another week. S2 is still doing just fine.

I had a phone call from WHS Albany saying that my 16GB White was ready to be picked up.

I'm now waiting for it to charge.

No problem, you're quite welcome.

Now I can't help but speculate that the 32GB models should get over to NZ within two weeks in light of the news above.

Which means the sooner I can get my grubby little hands on this beast of a phone.

Fingers crossed I'm not setting myself and others up for disappointment.

Now to wait for that ONE phone call from Noel Leeming!!!

@Javu55 Be prepared for the biggest disappointment yet :)
I don't think we'll see the 32G by first week of July. We might even get a 2 frigging months long of delay.
My best prediction is sometimes August? Lol so much for a frigging pre-ordering scam by Samsung. They want to see how many would put their hands up first before they deciding on putting 32GB into the production line. But then they shipped the 32GB to other online shops to sell it. Where we are going to just camping around until Samsung made enough money else where before throw the bones at us to eat.

I think it's a standard proceedure lol. Everyone else in the world eating all the meat and we'll be getting the bones to stew and make soup out of it. Horray, welcome to reality.

Best I can do is wait :(

One question that still bothering me!
Why Samsung releasing white 32G first before the 32G Blue? They have solved the back cover problem a while a go and yet it just doesn't make sense why white? Even the majority of people voting for blue lol. Oh man I'm obsessed of this sh8.

Got mine yesterday, had to wait to get a microsim today (I could have cut my old one, but it's ancient). Charging it up now :P
