I got a shipping email from Google this morning too. I (first) ordered on the 27th Nov... but that one is still Pending in my Google Wallet. The crazy order for a sold out 8GB I made on the 13th Decemebr (last Thursday) has been shipped!! (LONG story - but it let me order an 8GB Nexus 4 from a saved page in my Blackberry??? Even though the phone has been officially sold out since the 28th Nov!!)
Need to cancel the 27th November order or I'll have two phones!! But want to make sure my US Postal address receives the phone first before cancelling the other one.
Congrats! I also order a second device, soon afterwards they sent the first device. Maybe the trick is to make two separate orders. Of course you can't backorder Nexus 4's on Google Play anymore.

Are you going through YouShop?
Yes. UPS just sent me an email to say my Nexus 4 is at the Youshop facility in Oregon. Now I have to wait for Youshop to contact me by email and then I can get it sent here.
I'm crossing fingers that I can land the phone in NZ with no duty costs (which www.whatsmyduty.co.nz tells me will be $0). Although it all comes down to if they take into consideration the Youshop postage amount of NZ$17.50? From reading through this thread (and the other Nexus 4 owners thread), it sounds as though they (customs) don't... but you never know.
I'll be lucky to see it my hands in 2012, but I'm hoping to have it before I get back to work on the 7th Jan.
Will be very interesting to see how much the 8gb model goes on sale for here in NZ.... if it's NZ$400 i'll be gutted haha. But it's been fun setting up Google Wallets, VPN's and Youshop addresses!!

Interesting note for any others waiting for their Nexus 4's - Youshop asked me for the (US$) amount of how much the phone was and I was honest, but maybe they are starting to ship without the value on them? (aimed at those worried about paying import duties for a 16gb model).
I used the KIWIBANK10 promo code for 15% discount off of my postage and opted to take out the $6 insurance.
Right, heard nothing back from the Warehouse by 4pm today so gave them another call to get a tracking number or any scrap of info about the order. Held on hold for a bit while it was bounced around the call centre, but no joy.
A few minutes later I got a call back to advise it's apparently being delivered tomorrow, but no tracking number available at this stage. *sigh*
2DegreesCare: Unfortunately there was a glitch between The Warehouse on-line system and 2degrees, all sorted now, and devices are going out today. Delivery should be made tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.

It's a little ambiguous isn't it! I too read the YouPost entry and debated if should include shipping. That customs calculator asked for it so i followed it's lead. I think you should still clear customs without chargers at 313 USD. Good luck!

Just talked to NZ Post (online chat with Lynda) and she confirmed that I only needed to put the 'value' of the contents on the parcel - not the US postal cost - phew! Customs then take into consideration the NZ Youshop postage charge (in this case $17.25).
