Quick question about CGA - I bought a S3 from NL about two years back..it's no longer charging and they don't want to take responsability for it? I thought they were meant to last longer than two years??
michaelmurfy: To be honest the main reason for the S3 not charging is due to corrosion on the charging port, look at this with a flashlight and you'll likely see there is some green corrosion.
And this, is not covered by the CGA as it is actually liquid damage caused by pocket-sweat (wear and tear) or similar, 2 years you should be also looking at upgrading your phone.
